Experienced Judgment for Consequential Business Decisions
Etsiger is the executive advisory practice of The Etsiger Group, LLC, serving founder-led, privately held, and middle-market businesses facing growth, complexity, underperformance, transition, or major strategic decisions.
The firm combines senior-level judgment with practical execution. The objective is not to produce more reports. It is to help leadership make better decisions, strengthen the business, and achieve measurable progress.

Why Etsiger Exists
Many businesses reach a stage where growth has outpaced their management systems, financial discipline, leadership capacity, or operating infrastructure. The company may still be successful, but the next decision carries greater risk and requires more experienced judgment.
The firm combines senior-level judgment with practical execution. The objective is not to produce more reports. It is to help leadership make better decisions, strengthen the business, and achieve measurable progress.

Founded on executive experience
Etsiger was co-founded by Brian Registe, Ph.D., CPA, CGMA, an executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across finance, strategy, operations, governance, government contracting, software and recurring-revenue businesses, risk, compliance, and organizational transformation.
Brian has worked directly with business owners, executive teams, boards, investors, lenders, government agencies, and professional advisors. His experience spans organizations facing growth, financial pressure, operational complexity, regulatory requirements, transformation, and transaction readiness.
He is also the author of Key Strategies for Scaling-Up Your Small Business, which reflects many of the same principles that shape Etsiger’s work: disciplined growth, financial clarity, stronger management systems, and practical execution.
